Ten thousand five hundred athletes are expected to compete in 302 events in 28 sports this month. Where? The 2008 Summer Olympic Games. This year the Games of the XXXIX Olympiad will be held in Beijing, People's Republic of China. From August 8 through August 24, the Olympics will be all over the news.
