I absolutely love this program! We are so excited to have The Greensheet come out to our school each year. This lesson goes right along with our "creating a newspaper/newsletter" lesson. We use The Greensheet as a lesson tool the following weeks after the Youth Scoop Program.

When my daughter was in 4th grade, someone came to her school. This impacted her in such a way that now she wants to be a writer when she grows up. She has The Greensheet still on her wall from when you published her "What qualities make you a good friend?" essay.
Since then, I have earned my bachelors degree in teaching. I would love to have my students have the opportunity to hear from a writer, just as my daughter did. I believe this will help motivate and inspire many.
