Is your favorite teacher a piano teacher? My favorite teacher is Ms. Bell, my piano teacher. When I make a mistake she corrects me, and I correct my mistake. When there is a contest coming up, she makes me practice the songs three times! Whenever I go to her class, she makes me play those pieces for the whole entire time. She is as challenging as the TAKS test! She makes me feel very smart and proud. I like her very much.
She is also a very, very, very good pianist.

I have a lot of cool teachers, but I have to say my favorite is my Math teacher, Ms. Ramsey. She is my favorite teacher because she makes learning fun. Yeah, I might have to take some time showing my work, but it is worth it! One time she gave a treat to everyone who showed their work on the TAKS packet, and I was one of them. She let us carve the Alamo out of a bar of soap, we go outside to do fun lab experiments and she gives us candy when we do a benchmark. Something special I learned in Ms. Ramsey’s class is a trick that helps you find which fraction is larges when you compare two fractions. I know she seems to like teaching because she is always willing to do as much as she can to help everyone. That is why Ms. Ramsey is my favorite teacher.

Many people have heroes that they appreciate. Some have political leaders as their heroes. Others may have saints or a religious person. Everyone has a different way of defining the word. To me a hero is someone I look up to. A hero is someone I admire and respect. The only person I can think of that best fits that definition would be my teacher, Ms. Czaplenski.
My teacher is a very systematic person. As soon as you walk into her classroom you can see that I am telling the truth. Her books are in one neat pile and her desks are clean of vandalism. If you were to look at her lesson plans you would see that she has everything planned out in advance. Even her plans for the next school year are already made.
My teacher is not only systematic; she has a brilliant mind full of ideas and creations. She teaches a lot quickly but that doesn’t mean that you won’t understand it. Suppose in any case you happened to not understand something, she would go over it with you until you understand it completely.
All these things I have described about my teacher are not enough. She has a big heart! She is very understanding and loving. She helps you through everything when you are sad, happy, or even angry. I remember a very memorable day in 2007. One of my best friends was leaving the country and I had been so upset that I started to cry. My teacher took care of it; she cradled me in her loving arms and told me not to worry. She told me that I would be okay. I will remember that day forever as a memory that I will cherish.
I have a lot in common with my teacher, we both love reading. It helps a child know their teacher well. That, I know for sure. My teacher would be someone I can count on. She is willing to help me at any time.
The reason I like the way my teacher teaches is because she doesn’t make it boring. Instead, she makes it fun and energetic. She acts like her students. She laughs and plays with us all the time. She can be funny when you need her to and sympathetic when you want her to. I know I can count on her when I want my days to be brighter!
Like I said before she teaches a lot in a very small time. She covers everything form main ideas to adverbs and nouns. She loves her job and knows that she can do a good job. She enjoys her teaching career and doesn’t make it sound like a drag. I know some teachers don’t like to teach but she is like the antonym of them all!
My teacher would definitely be called someone you can trust. She is the main person someone goes to if they want to prepare some kind of event. They know they can trust her to make a good celebration. They know she has many ideas swarming in her head trying to get out. They also know that she is very trustworthy. So why would anyone not pick her to ask for help?
I love my teacher and know she loves me too. I know I can count on her to spark up my day. She brings happiness and love with her everywhere she goes. Organized would definitely be a word defining her. The secret about being a good teacher is that they aren’t just your teacher. They are your friend, and that is exactly what I see in my dear teacher/friend.

My favorite teacher is Mr. William Lindsey. He stands out amongst hundreds of others because he goes above and beyond the call of duty. Mr. Lindsey is a fifty-two year old retired police officer. He was a cop for twenty seven years in the Houston Police Department after graduating from Florida State University. His main interest is History and his favorite sport is college football. I first knew him as a hall monitor at my school and from monitoring the student’s behavior he was inspired to become a Criminal Justice Teacher, something that he always wanted to be. He has been teaching for only eight months.
Every morning when I get to school at 7:15, before handing out assignments, he asks everyone if they are okay, whether or not they got enough sleep and what can he do to make the students day better. Everyday he educates and informs us not only on preventing criminal activity and obeying the law, but also on what is happening in the outside world. He gives us the scoop on the news, which I find very interesting because not many of us watch the news and a lot of teenagers are careless. By volunteering to give us this information, Mr. Lindsey is preparing us for our future and the real world by making the right decisions and staying out of trouble.
He definitely enjoys teaching. In a recent newspaper he said “Teaching is more fast pace, more paperwork, and more fun than I thought it would be!” He makes us laugh all the time and he motivates not just me but my classmates. I feel honored being in Mr. Lindsey’s class for his first year of teaching because of the natural inspiration that he gives. He has told us about his experience working as a police officer and I learned that it is not as easy as it looks. You have to be stalwart and patient but civil all at the came time.
Last but definitely not least, he is a man of guidance, self-respect, determination, a hard worker, funny, likeable, good leader and nurturing in an incomparable way and this is what makes him a special teacher.
